Victor Larkhill and his rescue team received a call about a large dog who was becoming weaker by the day due to a lack of water and food, and who was being housed in a landfill.
His teeth were decaying from his mouth, and his body was covered in bruises and scratches, so he appeared to have given up. As a result, the rescuers made the decision to alter his life forever.
Maya, a dog, was given water and food and taken to the veterinarian right away, where he was diagnosed with anaplasma and Ehrlichia, both of which are parasitic and lice-related diseases.
As his treatment began, he began to heal slowly. His progress was so remarkable that he was adopted. What a happy conclusion!
