The heavy tumor stopped her from wagging her tail! But despite everything she's been through, she's still so happy and sweet.
She was also adopted by a kind family who decided not to euthanize her and let her live her own life.Instead, Libby is very grateful for her second chance at life after her former owner abandoned her because of her illness. They abandoned her when she needed them most.
Her new owners don't know how much time she has left, but they will spend every day with Libby!
