The wedding day of Kelly O'Connell will be remembered in a variety of ways for the rest of her life. It will be remembered not only as the day she married her best friend, but also as the day she had to say goodbye to another, Charlie Bear, the 15-year-old black Labrador. He was only natural to be by her side.
On a special day, Kelly's maid of honour and sister, Katie Lloyd, would carry Charlie Bear down the aisle.
Rest in peace, Charlie Bear. You will be remembered and adored for the rest of your life.
The dog was diagnosed with a brain cancer in April and is scheduled to die on September 9th.
