Seeing a puppy dressed in a sweater appears to be really adorable and heartwarming at first glance. What happened to the photo of this puppy perpetually clothed in a Christmas jumper, on the other hand, sent the entire world to tears.
As the new year begins, many people will have the opportunity to leave behind fond memories of family gatherings and wonderful times spent with people they love and care about.
Unfortunately, that did not happen for a bereaved puppy who wished to be adopted but refused to give up hope, even three months later, still clad in a bright green Christmas jumper.
The face of the desolate puppy speaks for itself
Bobby is a terribly sad-looking small dog that was abandoned by the family he had so much faith in.
His owners abandoned him at a shelter, taking his collar and leash with them, leaving him in excruciating pain and anguish.
Volunteers at the Miami-Dade Animal Services Shelter felt that the enchantment of Christmas would bring Bobby good fortune despite his traumatic past.
So they put him in a fluffy green jumper and posted a photo of him on social media in the hopes of finding him a home.
He always stays sad in his usual corner
The days passed, Christmas came and went, and despite the fact that Bobby's photo went viral and many people fell in love with his story, he had no loving family.

The furry's reality was too grim, and his situation provoked a red code in the shelter, putting him at the top of a list of pups who will be sacrificed.
Bobby is a brilliant little dog, and the situation shattered him rather than saddened him.
He realised he was about to die because of the dumb greed of humans who couldn't recognise how unique he is.
It just took one family to place a wager on him.
"It's very sad. Bobby, I hope you find a place soon. One netizen said, "You deserve all the love in the world."
Bobby was pale and depressed, unable to lift his small head; his eyes were virtually closed from pain, and the only colour in him was that bright green jumper.
However, sometimes the Christmas spirit moves too slowly, as was the case with this poor little dog.
Fortunately, a woman arrived at the shelter looking to adopt Bobby, generating euphoria throughout the facility: Bobby had finally found his long-awaited home!
Another netizen remarked, "I'm very glad for Bobby; it's amazing that such a beautiful woman came to rescue him; it's a miracle from heaven, he's found his home for life; perhaps his old owners are not permitted to have any more pets."
Bobby is overjoyed right now.
His new person shared all of the puppy's joy, lavishing him with kisses and caresses that restored his faith in humanity.
He has surrendered his heart once more, and we hope that his love is graciously received this time.
