A special needs puppy in Florida is patiently waiting for someone to find him worthy of their love. Bud, a 16-week-old puppy, is in the care of Paw Print Hearts, a rescue group that takes dogs from high-kill shelters. According to the rescue group, Bud hasn't received any applications.

According to the non-profit: WE’RE FEATURING OUR SWEET BUD AGAIN TODAY! THIS PERSON HAS RECEIVED NO APPLICATIONS... BUD IS COMPLETELY BLIND, BUT HAS THE PERSONALITY TO MAKE UP FOR IT!

Bud is "perfectly fine," according to the rescue group, and he enjoys roughhousing with other dogs. He also likes to cuddle with others.
